Krystal Grand Los Cabos runs 429 rooms and suites along the San Jose del Cabo shoreline, split between the oceanfront Altitude Tower and the older Palmilla wing. Junior Suite Ocean View rooms measure 505 square feet and sleep up to four on a king or two doubles, each with a balcony over the Sea of Cortez. Four heated pools anchor the grounds, two of them adults-only including an infinity edge, while the family side adds a splash park with waterslides and a pirate ship. Surfos Snack Bar and the Take a Bite cafe fill the gaps, and five bars run from the swim-up Oasis Bar to the rooftop Sky Lounge. The resort sits at the Costa Azul end of San Jose del Cabo, where the Sea of Cortez runs strong and swimming is done in the pools rather than the surf. Playa Palmilla is six minutes down the road for calm water, the Gallery District's Thursday Art Walk runs November through June, and the airport is about 15 minutes away.
