The Hacienda is the quiet half of Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta - 192 junior suites wrapped around a courtyard of palms, gardens, two swimming pools and a traditional stone aqueduct, reserved for adults and families with kids 13 and up. Every suite is backed by a wall of hand-painted Talavera tile, with a king bed or two doubles, a furnished terrace or balcony, a coffee maker and a minibar restocked daily. Pick a Pool View, a Terrace, or a Swim Out suite that opens straight into the water. Arrival brings a welcome cocktail, priority check-in and an exclusive concierge, and one of the section’s two pools is kept private and adults-only, set apart for a quieter swim.
