The Resort on Cocoa Beach sits directly on the Atlantic sand at 1600 N. Atlantic Avenue, and every one of its 124 units is a full two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo built for up to six guests. Each condo comes with a full kitchen, a separate dining area, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a private balcony facing the ocean or partial ocean views. Out back, the heated oceanfront pool complex connects to a hot tub and whirlpool spa, with a sauna, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and a poolside tiki bar pouring drinks and light bites. Inside there is a movie theater, a game room with billiards and air hockey, a kids play area, and direct steps down to the beach.

Cocoa Beach spreads out the front door, a wide sandy stretch of the Florida Space Coast with surf breaking a short walk from your balcony. The Cocoa Beach Pier reaches 800 feet over the Atlantic about five minutes north, packed with restaurants, tropical bars, and surf events since 1962. Ron Jon Surf Shop, the world’s largest surf store, stays open 24 hours roughly a mile away. Drive 25 minutes to the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex to walk under Space Shuttle Atlantis and tour the launch pads, or head 15 minutes to Port Canaveral for waterfront dining and the cruise terminals at The Cove.
