The Ramsey Hotel and Convention Center sits at 3230 Parkway in downtown Pigeon Forge, planted between Traffic Lights 6 and 7 with the Smokies rising behind it. Its 208 guest rooms run from the Classic Two Queens to the Two Bed Family Suite, the Choice Queen with Wet Bar, and the King Bed Mini Suite with a corner jacuzzi and fireplace, and the newest refresh added massage showers. The heart of the property is a 24-hour indoor waterfall pool and hot tub that stays open year-round, rain or shine, with a nightly family movie and free fresh popcorn. Outside, a patio firepit ringed with chairs handles the cool mountain evenings.
A Pigeon Forge City Transit trolley stop sits directly outside the hotel, so the Parkway is reachable without moving the car from the free lot. The Ramsey is positioned directly between The Island, with its fountain show and Great Smoky Mountain Wheel, and the Historic Old Mill District.
