There are no age restrictions for accompanying guests. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the required 120-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations.

Primary Travelers must meet the Resort’s Qualifications: Participants must be at least twenty-eight (28) years of age or older. A minimum annual household income of $50,000 USD is required. Participants must be citizens of the United States. Couples must provide proof of their relationship by presenting matching addresses on a government-issued photo ID, a valid marriage certificate, or proof of cohabitation such as a joint bank account statement or utility bill. Attendance of the required 120-minute resort preview presentation is mandatory. If married or cohabitating, both parties must attend the presentation together. Participants must have a valid personal major credit card bearing the Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, or Discover® logo. Participants must be able to read, write, and speak English. Employees of the vacation ownership industry are not eligible. Guests who appear intoxicated or otherwise impaired may be denied participation. Please bring a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID and a major credit card to the presentation.

You may cancel and request a refund at any time within three (3) days following the date you purchased your vacation package, less the retail value of any gift(s) and/or accommodations received. You must call the vacation specialist number listed in your confirmation email within three (3) days of your purchase date (Kentucky residents: fourteen (14) days; Florida residents: thirty (30) days) to receive a full refund. Refunds requested after the applicable cancellation period are not available due to the promotional pricing of this offer.

Hotel/resort check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM local time. Applicable hotel/resort fees and taxes are due when confirming your travel dates prior to arrival. Some hotels and resorts may also require parking fees payable upon arrival if you bring your own transportation. A refundable security deposit on an active credit card is required at hotel check-in.

A minimum of thirty (30) days’ advance notice is required to secure your reservation and preferred accommodations. While specific hotels or resorts may be advertised, they cannot be guaranteed because your package is valid for up to eighteen (18) months from the date of purchase. Depending on your requested travel dates, comparable accommodations may be substituted. All reservations are subject to availability.

Additional Options: A fourth (4th) night upgrade may be added at the time of purchase. Guests may also purchase an expedited booking option allowing reservations with as little as seven (7) days’ advance notice instead of the standard thirty (30) days.

Normal travel expenses including transportation, airfare, meals, parking, resort fees, and room incidentals are not included. Nightly room taxes, generally ranging from $10-$50 per night, and a $150 refundable reservation deposit are due when scheduling your travel dates. The $150 refundable reservation deposit is refunded by the resort developer upon successful completion of the required 120-minute presentation. If not purchased during checkout, White Glove Service may be added when scheduling your reservation but is not required. White Glove Service includes one complimentary reschedule when requested at least five (5) days prior to arrival, a destination e-booklet, and access to a dedicated priority customer service line.

Failure to complete the full resort preview presentation and/or failure to meet all qualification requirements outlined in these Terms and Conditions may result in a charge of $500-$1,200 to the credit card on file, depending on the full retail value of the accommodations provided. All promotional gifts, incentives, and benefits are contingent upon the legitimate completion of the presentation and compliance with all terms of this offer unless otherwise prohibited by law. This package may be transferred to another qualified participant if the original purchaser is unable to travel.
